The CiPiObox combines a robust physical construction with electronics, software and connectivity. From scanner and electronic controls to data connection: all components work together to register parcels, store them securely and make them available to the correct resident.
The CiPiObox is available for indoor and outdoor installation. The outdoor version is weather-resistant and fitted with a canopy with integrated lighting.
Different compartment sizes are combined into a configuration suited to the building, the available space and the expected parcel flow.
The integrated touchscreen and scanner guide couriers when delivering parcels and residents when collecting them.
An integrated data SIM eliminates the need for a connection to the building’s network. An earthed 230V power socket and sufficient mobile coverage are all that’s required.
The steel construction and sturdy locks are designed for intensive daily use and the secure storage of parcels.
Every CiPiObox is connected to the CiPiO Control Panel developed by Last Mile Logistics. From this system, the machines can be managed and controlled. Transactions are recorded, and the status and occupancy of each machine are visible.
Resident administration is also managed from the Control Panel. Residents can be added and updated manually or linked to a source system via an API. Personal and transaction data are processed and managed in accordance with the GDPR and the requirements of ISO 27001.
