The delivery driver scans the parcel. Using the available parcel information, the system checks whether it matches a resident. If this is unsuccessful, the delivery driver can look up the resident manually.
Only parcels for registered users can be processed. After a successful match, an available locker compartment opens. Doesn’t the parcel fit? The delivery driver can then choose a larger compartment.
The delivery is registered and the resident automatically receives a message with a unique collection code. This can only be used to open the corresponding compartment.
No location or parcel flow is the same. That’s why we first determine which configuration suits the building and the expected usage. We then take care of the installation, connection and setup of the system.
A well-functioning parcel facility goes beyond the locker itself. Visibility is also important in day-to-day use. With the Control Panel, the administrator can keep track of the CiPiObox, residents and transactions, and take immediate action where necessary.
