A service technician collecting a spare part outside working hours. An employee exchanging their laptop. Tools being issued and returned. Or larger goods, such as roll containers and pallets, being handed over securely without both parties needing to be present at the same time.
The applications vary, but the principle remains the same: the right person gets access to the right goods at the right time. With the transfer recorded and, where necessary, integration with existing systems.

When an architect, developer or commissioning party wants to combine letter and parcel compartments in a single bespoke arrangement, we work with specialist postbox manufacturers. The postbox manufacturer designs and builds the steelwork; CiPiO supplies the electronics and the underlying platform for the parcel functionality.
This means a postbox manufacturer does not need to develop a parcel locker themselves to add parcel compartments to a design. CiPiO’s technology can be integrated into the partner’s bespoke solution, allowing letterboxes and parcel compartments to form a single unit.
This means we can get involved at an early stage with the mailbox manufacturer, architect or developer. The technology and platform behind the parcel lockers can then be combined with the desired dimensions, choice of materials and appearance of the mailbox installation.

Receive and transfer goods with registration and access control.
